Kevin Rittger MD

President, Director of Emergency Medical Services

Dr. Rittger is board-certified in emergency medicine and is an active staff physician at multiple hospitals in the greater Houston-Galveston area. He attended medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed his Emergency Medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Since the mid-90's, Dr. Rittger has developed cutting-edge internet-based technologies for continuing medical education, medical records, and pre-employment clearances.
Todd Hamel, MD


Director of Occupational Health Services

Dr. Hamel is a board-certified family physician who specializes in occupational medicine. He is a fellow of both the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Most recently, Dr. Hamel served as Dow Chemical North America Director of Health Services. Prior to that, Dr. Hamel was the Global Chief Medical Officer for Quanta Services, a specialty contractor providing infrastructure solutions in the Electric Powerline and Pipeline construction. Dr. Hamel holds positions within ACOEM and at the American Chemistry Counsel. He is an expert in the health and safety of North America's workforce and versed in OSHA, NIOSH and CDC standards.

Co-Medical Director

Dr. Corley is a board-certified emergency physician who has been practicing in the Houston and South Texas areas since 2004. He attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Hermann Hospital in Houston. Dr. Corley is a Medical Director for several organizations, including the Brazosport Regional Health System, Lake Jackson EMS, Clute EMS, and EmCare, a nationwide emergency services company.
